Tattoo:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a government or state issued ID

Piercing:

• Must be 18 years old or older (Minors require legal guardian present)
• Must have a government or state issued ID (ID is required for both Minors and Guardian, school ID is not valid)
• Must have a birth certificate for all minors
